2. FREE POND STUFF Promotion is not valid on discontinued items, products whose manufacturers have recently changed ownership or are in bankruptcy or have went out of business. Product must be in its said manufacturers' current listed catalog for availability. Not valid on home made products, products that are not sold to distributors or wholesalers and custom-built products.

3. If PondScape does not offer the product and can not commit to ordering the product for you, an electronic gift card of $10 will be emailed to you and can be used towards any purchase online at PondScape.
